How many days can it work on rainy/cloudy days
The standard version supports a battery life of 3-7 days, which can be upgraded to 7-10 days. However, we need PVsyst simulation reports based on historical weather data from the project site to distinguish between full-power operation and intelligent power operation.
What kind of batteries do you use? How long is your warranty period?
We accept only LiFePO4—no lead-acid. Cycle life ≥2000 cycles
We component-specific warranties—reject vague “X-year whole lamp warranty”: Solar panel ≥10 years (≤20% degradation), Lithium battery ≥5 years (≤20% capacity loss), LED ≥5 years (≤30% lumen depreciation), Controller ≥3 years.
How to anti theft is rampant—panels and batteries are prime targets
Prefer All-in-One designs with batteries/controllers integrated in the luminaire head. Panels require anti-theft brackets (non-standard bolts + locks). Battery compartments need locks + tamper alarms. High-risk projects require concrete-filled pole bases to prevent whole-pole theft.
Does your company have a service center in our area? What if the light fixture breaks down?
We recommend that first-time clients purchase extra spare parts for replacement. We can charge half price on spare parts. In areas with a service center, we will replace faulty parts free of charge, with a response time of ≤48 hours.
Your "200W" claim—what's the actual lumen output? Can you provide IES files and third-party reports? What if specs are inflated?

What is your MOQ? What is your production lead time?
Pilot projects can accept a lower MOQ (≤20 pieces). Samples can be made in one unit (but the price will be higher). For in-stock items: 3-5 days; for bulk orders: 15-25 days. We support phased delivery and offer tiered pricing.
Our installation team has no solar street light experience. Do you provide on-site guidance or remote video? Will you train local technicians?
Free detailed installation manuals in English/French, full CAD drawings, operation videos. For projects >100 units, require on-site engineer supervision and 3-day technician training. Training covers: system principles, common fault diagnosis, battery replacement, controller settings. One-on-one online technical support provided.
After I purchase, can you arrange logistics and transportation for me? Who is responsible for damage during transportation?
